To help you reach your beauty goals, we all have to start somewhere. Which is why we ask prospective patients (even those we have not worked with for over a year) to begin with booking a Consultation with Stephanie before diving into a skincare regimen or professional treatment. This helps Stephanie assess your skin, your concerns, and your unique goals to create a plan of action just for you.

You will have a one-on-one consultation with our treating provider. This will allow us to take a full assessment of your skin’s health, go over your medical history (Allergies, Past Medical/Surgical History, Medications)— as it relates to your skin condition and how it may determine treatment options. Our treating provider’s recommendation is based on your current skin condition.
We also ask about your skin care history, so that we can better understand what challenges you have faced, what treatments you have used and what has been successful or unsuccessful. We will then explain the treatments and what you can expect post treatment. Our treating provider creates a customized plan and tailors your treatment to address your specific skin concern.

Please arrive at your appointment on time so that the necessary paperwork can be completed and/or updated as needed.
Please arrive with a bare face. If you are coming from work and cannot remove your makeup, a cleanser will be provided but please note this will cut into your appointment time. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home. Also, try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as Stephanie will definitely be recommending a home care regimen specifically for you.
We do our best to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment on short notice, we will make every effort to contact you beforehand.

We recommend budgeting anywhere from $500-$1500 if you are wanting to get serious about your skin. Stephanie prefers her patients to be on a full regimen curated by her, for optimal results. Great skin is 80% home care + 20% professional treatment. Stephanie will start you off with products that fit your price range and will schedule you next for a professional treatment. We work with all budgets big or small. Be prepared to invest in your skin!

Here at hidollfaces aesthetics, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all patients.

Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to hidollfaces aesthetics.
Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time.
Late arrivals and failure to follow the pre-treatment instructions may result in cancellation of your appointment. If you are going to be late, please contact us immediately at (347) 920-0478 or email hidollfaces@gmail.com. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the cancellation fee of $100 to the credit card on file.

At hidollfaces aesthetics we have a 24-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure patients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that cancels within 24 hours or no shows will have a $100 fee automatically charged to the credit card on file. This cancellation fee cannot be put towards a future treatment or product.

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the hidollfaces aesthetics team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. This includes the NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all Consultations. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
Retail: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products purchased. Products that leave our facility, may not be returned under any circumstances. You may not obtain a credit nor apply your total amount towards any other products or services. We reserve the right to uphold this policy.

Results take time to achieve. Some patients see results in as little as 2 weeks. Usually, most patients see noticeable results within 3 months.

In person: We offer In-store Shopping Appointments or Curbside Pick-Up at hidollfaces aesthetics during shop hours.
Online: There are two options, you can either order directly through hidollfaces aesthetics, which will be shipped directly from our facility or you can shop through skinbetter’s link, which will ship directly from their facility.

Why can’t I just walk in and shop? Patient’s gain a one-on-one access to Stephanie and avoid possible close interactions with other patients— thereby creating a safe shopping environment while maintaining proper social distancing. Our patient’s health and safety is our top priority.

A confirmation email will be sent with billing information. Payments can be made via Venmo: @StephanieJairam or Zelle: (347) 920-0478. Receipt will be sent to your email.
Your order will be processed within 24 -48 hours of receipt. Orders received on the weekend (Saturday + Sunday) and on Holidays will be processed the following business day.
A second confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been paid, processed and shipped.

Shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing as well as your shipping location.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders do NOT require a signature for delivery. Check your tracking link, please contact USPS immediately and file a claim. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility, there is not much we can do. We will do our best to work with you and USPS to ensure you get your goodies!
